yes this is normal. Do some studying up before you get in there..... just act confident and try to learn from others..

Think positive you wouldn't have got the job if someone didn't think you were good enough. I know from experience that it will be hard to start with, especially if other workers have been there for a long time. Just be yourself and do your best , things will get easier as you get to know the ropes. If anything really worries you tell someone and if you really hate it , give your notice and leave.

Yes. You are moving into an environment were everyone knows what is going on but you. Don't worry, smile, listen to what is explained to you and if you are not sure about something ask. If you come across someone who doesen't appear to be friendly ignore it and be nice anyway. Sometimes this happens because people are insecure in their jobs and are affraid you will make them look bad. Once you are settled you will be fine. Have a little confidence in your ability to get on and do the job.

Fear is always the first emotion. EVERONE is afraid when they first come to a new career. Look at it this way : there is nothing that you cannot do, and if you give it all you have then you can do nothing else. You have nothing to lose and everything to gain. Good luck and you will do OK !
