Haha, I don't know. So I just imagine the scenario: when I see the bank bag, the first response must be call the police, so I do it with my cellphone, becuse I must stay with the bag in case others will take it away. While I am waiting for the police, I am examing the bay, I find it full of cash, checks and coins, estimate to be a huge amount of money. Then I am starting hesitating should I give it to the police, maybe I should keep it, so the beautiful necklace in the shopwindow, the handsome three-story house... while the alarm whistle is closer and closer... The only thing policeman find is the cellphone. Is that finish so quickly? Is there anyone can continue it, haha?

As it wouldn't be my property I would contact the police because there may be no identifying marks on the bag to say which bank it came from...if there was, then I would contact the bank.
