i bought boots but they are a bit tight from the calf any trick to loosen them,leather n synthetic mix?

if they are a mix, then stuffing them with damp paper n freezing them will NOT work. it will warp the shape and thye will be unwearable so ignore anyone who says this. Either just wear them around the house with thick socks to stretch them or go to a shoe mender n have them stretch them on a bracket. it will take a day.
