Nature Shower Hand and Body Lotion or Artistry's spa collection which includes body wash, sugar scrub and lotion. You'll notice a huge difference. Go to www.adrennan.qhealthbeauty.com thats where I go to get the stuff. I love Artistry. The spa collection is a bit higher priced the other lotion is cheap but i've never found something that moiturizes so well. Oh and another thing you can try is Artistrys Extra Dry Hydration Oil. You won't have any problems with dry skin anymore after that stuff. Or their A.H.A. lotion. Sorry I just keep thinking of more stuff because seriously i've never seen such great products.

Take it from another crusty foot - you can scrub til the cows come home, but what you really need is a good lotion. A Dr. once prescribed one for me and it is now sold over the counter. It's called amalactin or lac-hydren lotion. Basically it has lactic acid in it. You put it on when your feet are damp (after a shower) and then put socks on. You WILL notice a difference after one use. After a week or two (depending on the severity of your crusty feet) your feet will be as smooth as a newborn baby's!!! This stuff IS a miracle cure!!!

I don't know where you live, but I bought my last bottle at walmart. You have to ask for it, they don't just put it out on the shelf.

hi, try this:

first, get a foot scrub (something like a foot spa set). Alternatively, use a face scrub with slightly rough grains.

fill a bucket with hot water, sit yourself down and soak your feet in the hot water. (make sure water covers your ankles or higher).

scrub your feet with the foot spa set.

using a pumice stone or a super coarse emery board, file away at dead skin on your heels and at bottom of feet.
rinse clean.

re-soak feet in a new bucket of hot water.
remove your feet once water ceases to feel hot.

dry feet and apply an extra rich cream all over feet. massage into your skin until you don't feel cream on your hands.
put on a pair of socks to keep the moisture in. (try to do this before going to bed to have super soft feet in the morning!)

hope it works as well for you as it does for me :)

Before going to bed, soak your feet in soap and warm water for about half an hour. Then scrub with pumice or any foot scrub. Pat dry and then apply olive oil generously. Then sleep with socks on. :)

Use the cream of the milk. When ever you boil milk, you get a thick layer on the top. Take that and rub it on your feet.

In a week, your feet will be really soft.

You get this cream, you need to boil milk in a pan. No other way

there's a product this is offered at Walgreens or Wal Mart and that's noted as Miracle Foot restoration. I put in on each morning. i might use it interior the evenings and positioned on socks to mattress. Then reapply after your bathe interior the morning. i could no longer stay without it!
