Certainlly yes.

It is impossible for one dog to kill an adult horse, due to the energy, enduring stamina and experience of the adult.

But, even with adult horses, if two dogs join, can finish the kill.

It is known that pack of hyenas (smaller than jindo dogs) can chase, nag and kill adult zebras.

Fact: If 2 hyenas join paws together, they can even kill a lion (if the lion on a loner).

The Korean Jindo Dog (Hangul: 진돗개; Hanja: 珍島개) is a breed of dog originating in Korea. The Jindo is a hunting dog, originally from Jindo Island. Although relatively unknown outside Korea, it is celebrated in its native land for its unwavering loyalty to its master.

The Jindo would not have the strength to kill a wild, or domesticated horse on it's own. A wild horse would easily kill a jindo with a kick to the head and would not have any difficulty outrunning a jindo should physical defence prove insufficient.
