Three things. two happened to me, one happened to a friend but his Dad and I were waiting to meet him. The first thing: I used to go to a boarding school in England, one night my roomate and I were woken by someone shaking and kicking our beds. We thought it was older boys having a bit of fun, but it turned out we were the only ones in the room. The housemaster came in to see what the ruckus was, and he was physically ejected back out the door which was slammed in his face. As soon as came back into the room all the disturbances ceased. We were moved from the room. The second thing: Three friends and I were driving one night through the backroads of southern England, when I struck a cyclist with the left frontside of the car. When we got out of the car, neither the cyclist nor his bike were anywhere to be found. We searched all around, even in the fields, but it was dark and late, and we could find no evidence of the collision, even the headlamp that would have broken on impact was still working. We continued on our way. Third thing: A friend of mine was travelling from Paris to London, but he gave up his seat to someone else and avoided being in the plane when it crashed on take off, we thought he was dead for two days, when he showed up at his parents house not even knowing that they thought he was dead. His mother fainted and it took sometime to convince her he was really there, alive and in the flesh.

Oh once I was stay in a 17th Century house on my holidays and have had this experience
It happens in the morning at around 7am, I will be in bed and I will "feel" the bedroom door open and someone come into the room, I "feel" it is a middle aged, motherly woman.

When I try and raise my head to look up, I can not nor can I move my arms or legs, I just feel paralysed.

(That is the only scary bit, I would not be able to cope with being paralysed!)

The person walks to the window and then walks back out of the room.

Once the person has left the room, I am able to move.

It is a very strange feeling, very unthreatening, benign and almost motherly. I am going back there ever again I sure cut my holiday short there. it scares the creaky crap out of me.

Why don’t ghosts make good magicians? You can see right through their tricks……… Have a nice day.. skycat…..!!!!

As a child I was with my family visiting an uncle, an uncle who was very religious. (I think his devotion is what saved us all.)

It was summer, and a storm was moving in. We had quite a few boomers and close lightning, so when the weather people broke in for an update on TV, we all went to watch. The weatherman stated that severe weather and tornado watches were in effect. After that statement the power went out, and we all witnessed a funnel cloud drop/appear out of the clouds (just like the movie twister, that part FREAKED me out) and disintegrate the neighbors garage. It moved towards our house and we were all frozen. My uncle uttered a quick prayer, and the funnel cloud dispersed before us. We heard a slight howling for about 3 seconds, and then a horrendous crashing and snapping noise. What had happened (and the ground tracks from the tornado proved it) was that this funnel touched down across the road, destroying the neighbors' garage, then across the street and ripped up my uncles front row hedges, jumped the house, touched down again behind the house and tore a swath of timber 30 yards wide down to the river. To this day I still believe the good Lord spared us all. It was extremely unnerving for a 10 year old boy to experience that!!

I was walking along a beach, sober at about 2 in the morning and i noticed something glowing orangey yellow in the sky it passed over our heads at a high speed it seemed to be about 200 feet above our heads the size of a football. It started to glow red and orange and then started to fall. It looked like it fell about a mile away. It was really quite unexplainable. At first i thiught it was a flair from a boat. But flairs dont go that fast or fly sideways for such lengths of time. I really cant explain it. If i had to guess i wouyld say it was a shooting star.
Cool Question by the way

II was in a van with my friends boy friend, thick fog, the van was empty apart from us but noises in the back got so bad we both looked at each other and he stopped the van. We both went to the back opened the doors nothing there. Together we shouted get out however you are. Travelled a little further up the road, carnage, cars off the road, crashed vehicles. We never spoke about it but to this day I take it that something was warning us, and I am very grateful that it did.If we had not have stopped we would have been in the thick of it.

I used to live in a house where if you shouted to another member of the family they would answer you but when you went to them they wasn't even in the house, the best one being when my brother was stood outside my mams bedroom and i could hear him talking to her after 5 mins he came down.I then remembered she had gone out and when we went to look there was nobdy there, this happened on quite a few times immitating different members of our family's voices. As well as that we used to hear footsteps walking around the house and when you went to where they were coming from there was nobody there. Also little things like something would dissapear and then turn up a few days later or after 5 mins or so.I also remember one time when i got up in the morning and my jacket was fastened up which i know i didn't do and it couldn't have been anyone else as it was in my bedroom which had a lock on the inside which was still on.

the strangest thing i've ever experienced is what they consider to be sleep paralysis but i think otherwise. i had just moved to ny and i had my own room. i went to sleep but at some point during the night i woke up or so i thought. the only problem was that i couldn't move, i felt like i was being held captive in the bed and i just couldn't move, it also felt like someone was holding my throat. after struggling i finally woke up and realise that while it was happening i was still asleep. it happened sveral times that same night and also after that night. it was very scary i really don't want to experience that again.

In the Philippines there was a street performer who would present a mango seed to the crowd. He would plant it in a pot. Talk and wave his hands over it. It would grow, blossom, and bear mature fruit right before your eyes! He would then pick the fruit and give it to someone in the crowd and they would bite it and you would see the juice run down their face. My Friend bought a 8mm camera and filmed it to show the folks back home. When we developed the film all you could see was the pot and the guy going through the motions. Nothing else. No tree, no blossom, no fruit.

When my parents first bought their house, they were remodeling it. I was probably 7 at the time, and I was looking out of one of the windows in the dining room that was open, with my head poking out. The window had stayed up pretty much all day that they had been working there. I heard something and pulled my head back inside, and at that moment the window slammed shut, right where my head would have been. Scared the heck out of me.
