I've just read that the January storms cost the government one billion pounds.
What a waste of money. If anything, they did more harm than good.

Storms are that bad over there this year? We had one of the mildest Januarys on record this year. That would be in U S A - State of Connecticut, wonder what they will do with the extra money?
