It's got to be the Olm [Proteus anguinus] as it lives in caves, protected from light, in pristine fresh waters, never polluted, never venturing out of the water and thus of cause very clean.

I would have to say my two cats.
All they do is eat, sleep, have a play, and then for 23 hours of the day clean themselves.

I've been led to believe cats are very clean, because they lick themselves clean all day long. Can't guarantee how reliable my sources are though!

I would say a small germ. Because how could it get dirty. Dust and crumbs are like boulders to it

My mum, used to talk about the "cleaning faries" but i don't think she liked them she always seemed angry when she told me they did the housework!
