Stands up to me, crying usually won't work unless it is my son. He has gotten a bit old for that now.

Sometimes I really have to admire someone who stands up to me. It doesn't happen very often. Tears anger me if I know that they're being used to manipulate. If it's a real cry, I will seriously reassess the situation.

if someone stands up to me it pisses me off. if someone cries for a good reason i can hug them and make them feel better. just the other day i hugged this lady at the vets office that had just found out her dog had cancer. she cried as the nurse took him away for surgery. she had me crying

Well I'm not the type to bully so no one ever has need to stand up to me. Crying would be the most effective.

Not sure. I'm kind of a wuss so I've never had anyone stand up to me (not confrontational at all) and I'm more likely to burst into hysterics than anyone around me.

if someone stands up to me - to be perfectly honest it annoys me when someone cries its like a switch flicked to the "oh shut up already" mode.
