that doesnt require any exact age, if you wanna have your parents permission. you can have your belly button pierced even at the age of 16 and younger, if you can get your parents permission. however if they are not really willing to permit you then no matter even if you turn 20s their mind will be the same about it. but yah, to get your independence you gotta be 18. but then you can do anything without your parents permission, except that you will hurt them by being disobydent.

no place will do it if you are a minor (under 18) unless you have your parents consent (ie. they must be present). if they are willing to do it even though you are underage, consider how willing they would be to break other rules (the health code, for instance). belly rings are so 1998 anyways.

i was 15 and had a note from my mom and she came with...
without the parents i think 18 would be the right age...
