We have 2 dogs. Last year, neighbours complained about them barking. We followed council's recommendations. Last week, complaint was made about them barking. The complaint was dropped, but we feel victimised by the local council. Should we contact a solicitor so that next time a complaint is made, it is handled by a solicitor?

What you need to do is find out who is complaining. Then you go straight over to that location and you take a crap on their porch..directly in plain view. Then find a solicitor and punch him in the mouth.

No. this is not any longer harassment and additionally you are going to be able to't sue. So the place do the animals pass to the restroom in the event that they in no way pass exterior? looks like CPS needs to get entangled in the animals are making mess in a house.

Yes. make shure the solicitor investigates the complaints thorughly, if indeed you have been cooperative with the board,
you may have the same wanker complaning regardless of your action. make shure this isn't the case.
