As a wedding gift to Sara, Calaway had his wife's name tattooed onto his throat and has said this is the most painful tattoo he has ever had. His favorite tattoo is a thinking demon on his right arm. In addition to the thinking demon, Undertaker has several other tattoos. He has a gravedigger which he refers to as "Original Deadman". He has many skull, castle and wizard tattoos. When talking about his body art he has said that there is king of medievil thing going-on on his arms. He also has a dancing skeleton on the back of his neck. The Undertaker also has the initials B.S.K. on his abdominal area which stand for "Back Stage Krew" and/or "Brotherhood of Solitary Knights". The Back Stage Krew was a group of wrestlers that Undertaker had befriended including Charles Wright (best known as The Godfather), Rodney Anoa'i (Yokozuna) and Brian Lee (Chainz, Ted DiBiase's Undertaker). He also recently added his daughters names as tattoos on his neck on either side of the center tattoo of his wife's name.

that's a question best directed towards the Undertaker if you ever see him or get a hold of him. I'd say the sara on his neck, but I can't be sure b/c I'm not the Undertaker.

Hands down its the "SARA" tat on his neck. He has even said so. I have a couple tats and all artists i have spoke to say that areas of thin skin with really no muscle below it (suck as on the neck or directly over the spine) hurt like hell

Eitheir the cross on his palm which is supposed to be really bad or Sara on his throat either way you can tell the dead man is hardcore to get tats like that

I always wondered how bad it hurt to have a name tattooed across the front of your neck. The skin is so sensitive there.

well i have not been in the Undertakers skin so i cant say for sure........but i would bet it would be the one on his throat where he has SARA his wife's name
