I dont think there is anyone. As you say the prmiership the english premiership has only been going since 1992 that would leave only a french or german player to have done it. France won europeans in 84 and 2000 and the world cup in 98, Germany has won Euro's 72, 80, 96 and the world cup 54, 74, 90. However none of these players have won scottish titles as far as i can tell. Several players have won scottish and English titles includeing Roy Keane and Chris Sutton. Players like Wiltord, Pires, Henry, Viera have won World, Euro and English but not scottish.
