1. Learn how to spell "Citroën" - if you have to put your points in writing to the dealer or to Citroën UK after the meeting, it will make you look better educated. While you are at it, learn how to spell "wrong", "I've", "warranty", "gearbox" and "having", and how to use capital letters and punctuation.
2. If you have previous driving experience (e.g. you did 50,000 miles in your last car without any gearbox problems), tell them this: it proves that you do know how to use a gearbox, so you have not caused the fault.
3. A manual gearbox should last for at least 100,000 miles without any problems.
4. Find out exactly what the fault with the gearbox is. Is it a common fault? What could have caused it? Some faults could be caused by abuse by the driver, some could be caused by external factors (e.g knocking the bottom of the gearbox on a speed bump), but some can only be due to poor quality materials or workmanship at assembly. Be prepared to pay for an independent inspection of the car and gearbox (arrange it yourself, maybe with a local transmission specialist, or with someone like the AA) to get a written report of what has failed, and what could have caused it.
5. Take a witness to the meeting. Someone who will keep calm at all times, and keep you calm if you start to get angry, and who will remember everything said but will not get involved in the discussion - for this last reason it probably shouldn't be your best mate.

The only point you can make is that it must have been a manufacturing defect for the gearbix to fail so quickly. You will need the support of the dealer to put this throught to Citroen so be nice and stay calm

when you see the manager tell him that you think it is a disgrace that a gearbox go so quickly and ask them if tha=ey can put it through the warranty as a good will gesture, if they start to give you any crap then threaten them with legal action and say that you will go to the newspapers and drag their name through the mud and also make sure that you get their names, also try to get a letter from your solicitor stating all legal facts and all that, that ussally works, try stay calm but be assertive and adament that you will follow this through to the end.
