Yes. Just like if someone is reading a book to you when you were a child. You make up your own images in your head of what it might look like. You might not have ever seen it before, but your mind creates a picture of the description of whats being said. A blind person still has their other senses and education to use to take the place of their sight... Smell, touch, hearing & taste. They also, Im sure have heard people talk and discribe things to them so they have some idea of what they are.

OF Course,They dream even much better bcos they cant visulalize things like ordinary persons.So thier dream will be more descriptive and unique.One thing is sure "once u see a thing your imagination ends there,But since blind people cant see they have a unlimited imagination about things surrounding them".This ultimately leads to a dream.So they dream for sure

I know a woman who became blind at the age of 50 (due to sugar in blood), she died at the age of 60. During that period she saw dreams; every time she saw a dream, she stayed happy for the whole day.

I would have to say most definately, dreams are abstract and our brains use visualization to interpret the abstract; so even though he might or might not (as his brain may still try to visualize even though it would not have anything to base the visualizations on) have pictures in his head when he dreams. But he dreams in emotions just like everyone else.

Ofcourse, and that's what we call the insight !! everyone has a dream inside him and it'snot always about vision, it's about determination and determination is so much stronger specially to blind ppl.

Do u need eyes to dream? no if i have to be difficult and someone tells me hes/her dream,(i dream a big lion chasing me) my question is how did u see the lion, if u sleep with your eyes closed.if I'm blind and dream to see one day.Nothing stopping me because god gave me life and with this life he gave u the spirit,so to answer someone who ask u,with what eyes did u see, the answer will be with my spirit eyes. Yes. But the visions would be abstract and relate to what he can hear and feel, rather than our dreams, which are based on what we see.
