Recently when i am talking to my friend,i touched him on his shoulder. I felt electric shock suddenly. I removed my hand immediately.Later again when i kept my hand on his back, Again i felt shock from him. what is the reason. anybody please answer.

Probably, if you were walking along, and you or your friend was wearing rubber soles (dont conduct electricity), the static built up from dragging your feet on the ground cannot be discharged to earth due to the insulative properties of the rubber.

When you touched, the static had a chance to get to earth, where all static needs to go, and passed through either you or your friend, causing a shock.

This is just static electricity. You probably had plastic soled shoes on and were on a synthetic flooring.
