I mean she put anna nicole down for having that ceremony with howard while Daniel was still in the morgue (He was in there for 6 weeks) then anna died on the 8th of this month so why wouldn't her mom just let her be laid to rest?
Don't you think she just wants attention in her hometown? She is proably thinking if she gets her body she will bury anna in her front yard.
She didn't care while anna was alive so why now that she is dead?
What is wrong with her?

I really hate to judge, but I do think that Anna Nicole's mother is out of place when it comes to where her daughter should be buried. First, speaking from a psychological point of view, I feel that Virgie Arthur's attempt to claim her daughter's is giving her a sense of feeling in control. When Anna Nicole was young, she decided that she no longer wanted anything to do with her mother, and Virgie had no say so in the matter and Anna did what she wanted. Now that Anna is dead, this is about control. Onto the matter of Anna's burial, I do not have any children, but just from what I have heard mother's say that have lost their children, is that "they want to be buried next to their child". It probably would not matter where Daniel was buried, a mother would want to be by her child, and it is only natural. If Virgie Arthur were much of a mother, she would realize that and back off. Let the mother be buried by her son. I know Anna was not perfect, but her mother should not act the way she does on camera. I am just glad Dannielynn is not old enough to hear the way her grandmother is acting.

Howard K Stern enabled ANS's drug use. He kept her away from her entire family. Anna's friends have even come down on Howard for keeping her isolated. He's a creep. And Virgie just wants her child buried near her family. As a mother I can understand this. A child should not predecease thier parents. However..... I also see that Virgie and her family are not acting in a completely ethicaly sound way during this trial. Her lawyers smell $$$ just like HKS smells $$$. It's not pretty. I feel for that little baby girl, Dannielynn, right now.

she needs to let her R.I.P it's so sad that she's doing this they were a estranged for so long she was not even allowed to attend Daniel's funeral she just likes being in the spotlight and she didn't care about her if she did she would have not gone on all those talk shows after Daniel died saying those horrible things instead she should have gone to the Bahamas to be with her Anna she's just a heartless person

Anna's mother is turning Anna's death into a sick circus. Anna should have been buried in the Bahamas by now. If my grandson and daughter had died, I would want them to be together. She's a selfish, sick woman.

you can tell just by looking at her mother that she's heartless. she walked out of the court house with both men on her arm saying she's going to be buried in the bahama's next to her son. then she turns around and does an appeal. and now she's trying to fight custody of the baby...what more does this woman want? she's being greedy, she wants all eye's on her, and clearly not thinking what is right. someone needs to give this woman some prozac!!!

I've never seen or heard Ana's mom speak. I haven't even read your question completely but I can tell somethings wrong with Ana's mom just because I'm familiar with Ana Nicole Smith. So, yes she is heartless, along with some others issues.

She probably wants to set up a souvenir stand outside the cemetary and sell baby pictures etc. That woman is TRASH.. I can see now why her daughter had nothing to do with her. I think I would rather have Britney Spears for a mom!
