I used to work for a cleaning company that did alot of bathrooms etc on an army base. (So you can imagine how grubby they all got) We used White vinegar. Just put some into an empty squirt bottle and spray on door leave on for a minute or 2 and then with a cloth, just scrub a little and rinse off. you may want to use a window cleaner afterwards too to make them shine. We used to pour white vinegar into condoms or latex rubber gloves and leave on the shower heads for a few hours to rid of all the limescale and scuzz...
If you are wanting an abrasive to help with the scum on the shower doors, just add some salt to the mixture. that should help as well. Lemon juice is also a really good cleaner and a natural disinfectant. This will help for all sorts of cleaning things and it smell nicer than all the chemicals out there. Use real lemons!! I Also know that Baking soda is a good cleaner... I think if you had baking soda, hot water and Lemon juice I think it makes a good window cleaner... GOOD LUCK Hope that helps.

Clr will work but be careful if you have any other products on the surface the chems. will react badly and you will affixate yourself. You can also use a flat scrubby pad the one with the handle. They are like 97 cents at wal mart.Take some water and comet cleanser and make a paste with it and scrub the glass with it.Make sure to rinse completely or it will haze over.If the glass is the frosted or textured kind.If the cleanser doesn't get it complete cleaned after washing all of the cleanser off and drying the glass.Take lemon oil( like you use to dust with) the actual oil kind not the spray can style.Put the oil on a clean dusting rag and rub it into the glass it will get rid of the spots and make the glass look clean and shiny.

Mr. Clean Magic Eraser worked for me. It did leave a film at first, so I just went back over it with a wet cloth. I shined it up with Windex and it looked brand new.
P.S.
I also tried all the typical shower/bathroom cleaners and pure Clorox, now that I know what works for me I won't use anything else!

I use Tilex soap scum remover and a green 3M scrub pad to lean my glass shower doors. Spray it on heavy for the first cleaning, and open a window or run the fan. The fumes can be a little rough.

Sno-Bol is a toilet bowl cleaner, but it works great for me with soap scum on my shower doors. Make sure you use gloves when using Sno-Bol. Once you get them clean, apply some Glass Wax if you can find it. It comes in a pink can and is wonderful for use on shower doors....the water beads up, just like a newly waxed car! It truly is a great product, but I have had a hard time finding it. It really cuts down on soap scum build up.

I personally have never used it but a friend told me she uses WD 40 and it works, I did away with my shower doors years ago, so like I said she has. I found many uses for it but never tried it for that.

i assume you tried ammonia (maybe windex) no abrasive cleansers though and no more bleach. you might try a tiny little dab of toilet bowl cleaner. wierd as it sounds it will clean more than people think.
