Yellowstone Park, Grand Canyon, Yosimite park, grew up 30 miles from San Francisco, it's an interesting place to visit. I'm sure there's a incredible number of great places to visit here.

I wouldnt even suggest comming to america. There is to much arogance here. We are blind to real issues and blind to the problems of people beneath us. We know more about "who doesn't wear panties in Hollywood" than we do information on the wars we start. If only simple minded people werent so ruled and manipulated by the media, we might just be a decent country.

That, very much, depends, on your other interests. For EXAMPLE, - if I were in your position, - and, given, that I have been an Elvis Presley fanatic, since I was a CHILD, - I would want to see, as MANY things, associated, with HIM, and his CAREER, as POSSIBLE! It really, IS, a matter of what OTHER INTERESTS you have, in your life! Whatever you choose to DO, though, - be CAREFUL, - but, ENJOY yourself!

California's amazing. You've got great coastline , the vineyards at sonoma and napa valleys , the amazing citys of San Francisco and L.A.

if you mean around as in avoid, good idea, but around as in travelling through america, bad idea, you'll probably get shot, mugged, pelted with stones etc, if your going to canada, stay out of the french province, have fun!
