Try Cd Burner XP Pro from the site below. It's freeware so you pay nothing and though it's called CD burner don't worry it also burns DVDs just as easily.

Or you could try un-installing and re-installing Easy CD Creator.

Hello,

(ANS) I have Easy CD creator and I have a similar problem myself. I think its a minor glich'e in the interaction between the program & the hardware you are using.

A) Its a memory related gliche i.e. it wrongly thinks theres no disk but there is in reality.

B) It cannot read the disk from a software point of view, the program either cannot see it as a blank disk.

C) Cannot see the disk because its not formatted as required or as the program needs.

D) Try openning the CD drive tray with the fresh disk in and then closing it again. Sometimes that helps?

E) Could be a windows related problem i.e. how windows is talking with EasyCD & the drive itself.

Sorry! I dont have any fixes myself on this one, its most annoying.
