Well a ridiculous notion I just had would be to make it New Year's every weekend. Think about it. Happy New Week! Nah something missing there like 359 days I think.

The best way is in the random acts of kindness, you know for yourself, add two lumps of sugar in your coffee in the morning. For others, buy doughnuts for your coworkers. Smile at a cheerleader and the paper boy. Give help to someone who needs help or advice like donate food to the food shelter, or time to a favorite charity. Pray and give thanks that you are alive to experience a new day to help someone else. And think more positively about the world you live in.
Just little stuff like that.

When you are spreading happiness or lending a hand to uplift and help one person. It is as if the whole world in happiness is lending a hand to help that one person.

That's simple: see the needs around you and find a way (or think a system) to accomplish as many as you can. Not by taking more burdens on your own shoulders, but by giving the needy people the "tools" to help themselves and the encouragements and friendship they need in order to go on. E.g: help a blind man how to work on baskets< this is how he will get the money to accomplish his material needs.
