Not that I know of but a keylogger would work as well as a network tap watching for all pop3/imap/smtp traffic.

The only problem I see here is what you are asking could also be considered unethical, against company policy and illegal. Even with a tight EULA you could face invasion of privacy issues. Talk to someone in legal (if you have one).
