I watched the movie but could not understand why was it titled that way because even if they simply said 'Idi Amin the Tyrant' we would still watch it. Especially that the doctor is fictitious although most of the events are true. Please somebody help

Idi Amin believed that the people of Scotland were downtrodden by the English
so he announced that he was the new king of Scotland & offered the scottish people funds to fight the english to get their country back
you will notice that the scottish people didnt take him up on his offer
he was as you will also see from history quite mad
