isn't there some customer service number on the seat? really, one would have to know more about the seat. best just to call the manufacture or find the manual on their website.

Hi there..... don't panic

Firstly each seat range differs so there is not step by step instruction you can get that guarantees to fit your make and model from the information given above, however have a look at my sources below, they might just contain the instructions you need for your kind of seat. I hope this helps, otherwise, why not take it to the shop that you bought it from, or your local police station, the police often run safety checks on car seat anyway? . or get someone else to do it while you stay and play with baby?

You can check with the owner's manual or call the manufacturer to get the straps back on. Also, you can take the seat to your nearest Babies R Us or police station - they usually have someone certified to look at car seats :)

go to somewhere like halfords to see if they can help as they are trained to fit the seats so they may be able to help. Hope this helps.
Or call the helpline of the maker of the car seat.

Go to the makers website and they should have the user manual there in PDF format if you can't find yours. Please make sure you are doing it propery.

The police station will be able to help or find someone that will. Mothercare or Halfords might be able to advise but only certified staff as others are reluctant to accept responsibility for it.

Google the brand and make of your carseat. Most likely they will have a manual on line.

Good-Luck :)
