Take the blinders off your eyes, and look around. Life is all around you, even in the dead of winter. Your living parents, siblings, relatives, and the people you have for friends and acquaintances. The grass, and worms, birds, and mosquitoes, all the plums on the trees, and the trees of leaves with no fruit to eat. There is life. It is in the bacteria under your fingernails and it is rife in the swamps. You can find life in the creeks, and the streams. It is in the ponds and the lakes. The oceans are overflowing with life.
Life is anywhere you are to breath the good air of planet earth.
Now that you know where oh where the life is.
Get on with it. Tomorrow is not promised to you KO, so live the life you just found. You have it in your heart and your mind.

Philosophy... love this domain... Hoping I understand the question (:) ) I could say LIFE IS HERE AND NOW as well as there and yesterday or tomorrow. I am a Christian and I trully belive that God IS LIFE and the true existence finds its ending in a loving and allmighty God. Too abstract? Let me explain... I trully live as long as I have a purpose and a source for my life. The purpose and the source are suppeosed to be bigger than myself, since I am not selfsufficient (see the personal needs of any person, that we cannot accomplish by ourselves). We need each other and more than anything we need God in order to feel ALIVE! He is the Creator of life and no life can stand outside Him.

Steps:
STAND UP AND RELAX.
first: stop the internal dialogue.
two: look around you without preconceived eyes.
three: listen around you without preconceived ears.
four: put out your hands and feel the life force flowing into your open palms.
five: breathe all the life forces around you deeply.
then: LAY DOWN AND FEEL THE LIFE AROUND YOU FLOW IN YOUR SPIRIT. THAT IS YOUR NEW CHI.
DO THIS EVERYDAY.

it isn't 'somewhere', it is you who must change your perspective, learn what is really going on...i.e. the underlying cause of your/our existence. Search.
