First, get an accident report, in a no-fault state blame is not relevant so forget about whose to blame. Next, contact your Insurance Agent and get the damages appraised. It may take some time and patience, but the damages can be repaired at a good repair shop that can properly fix the problems. The Insurance co. will most likely not allow you to get a new one, but you can certainly build and rebuild upon the one you have under repair. Relax, let sexy come to you, feel what you feel and let your inhibitions aside. Take it slowly next time so you dont crash. Maybe crashing is sexy?? Your sexy didnt leave you, keep digging in those pockets and feeling around for it. I know it is somewhere really close to you. Hey!! there it is!!

Dont ring tech support, you have a better chance of working out the problem yourself.
Go the Start -> Programs -> Accessories -> System Tools.
And do a system restore.
If that don't work, reinstall your sex drivers.

Reboot in Safe Mode by hitting F8. If that doesn't bring a spark to the love life try reformatting.

you will have to keep pressing the big red button untill the whole damn thing reboots, however, if you are not doing this on your own make sure you are working in safe mode!!
