If there are, what are they in your life.

You didn't say "why" you're looking for reasons keep singing. Don't know if you're in a band, or freelance, or just sing by your lonesome like me. If you don't like to sing and/or are doing it because you feel pressure to, you may grow to hate it so much that you quit for good. That wouldn't be good.

Do it when you feel like doing it. If you don't feel like doing it then stop, unless singing is your livelyhood, then I'd find a second source of income so that you'll have the option to control it instead of the other way around.

If it's depression, then that's a reason to keep singing rather than stop, because sacrificing a talent won't make anything better. "The talent is not the source of the strife!" Only you can discover what it is. I do know that a heavy burden can come from how the talent is being used.

Personally speaking, I sing because it's involuntary. LOL. However, I don't sing pubicly anymore, and don't know if I ever will again, because I was never really comfortable with it. I think that my voice leaves much to be desired.

I grew up singing songs with my parents ever since I can remember. There's always a song running through my mind, whether it's my own or not, whether it has words or not, I always end up singing (or at the least, verbalizing) it, when I'm in private, mostly. I don't think I could quit if I tried.

the Composer who answered, also Warren have given you wonderful psychological reasons to keep on singing. I'd like to add some of the physical ones. When you sing "right" your body is in an optimal working condition. Athletes know this place as "The Zone", because when your body functions at its peak, your psychological state is also altered. Doctors and scientists tell us that we start producing serotonin and and endorphins which cause us to feel happiness, contentment, can even lead to that religious feeling of gratitude and devotion.
So when you sing well, you are doing something very good literally for body and soul.
As a classical singer, I was trained to observe my posture, the way I balance my body, the way I use my breath support. These things are also good for general health. I also spent a few years learning some Hatha Yoga, and by golly, the stance for yoga, the way one breathes, the way one balances are similar. Other friends who do Tai Chi Chuan ( forgive the old spelling) or other martial art sports confirm that the basic stance is very similar to that which singers (ought to) use.
That much said, the other reasons in my life are: personal creativity, contentment, the chance to share what I can do with others- not because it's me, but because music can jump that person to person barrier with relative ease- and yes, they pay me for it.
Please find your way back to it. Perhaps you just need a dose of your very own legal happy drugs which you can generate by yourself. End of winter does find a lot of people with left-over frustration, sadness, and stress, having dealt with the hardest part of the year.
Best wishes and keep on singing

Of course there are, and I wish I had the voice to do it better.

Spring is coming in the Northern hemisphere. There's a lot of renewed life to sing about. Can't you find beauty in nature to inspire you to sing?

And in spring love blooms along with the flowers, and that's something to sing about.

Finally, as a Christian, I can always find comfort and joy in the old song "Amazing Grace."

If you'd like to join me I'll save you a hymnal.
