eat lots of fresh vegetables and fruits
wash your face thrice a day
take full sleep
reduce waching television and working on computers
for pimples use clindamycin phosphate gel

Try Lustra AF it is wonderful it will lighten the spots in no time. You need a perscription in the US but you can order it online in Canada. That stuff works miricals

get the nutrogena home micro dermabrasion set...i never like myself too much before i got this system. I love it...sooooo much...that I take care of my skin so much better now....you'll be amazed.
