Depends on the level of "dependent" that you mean.
South Korea is dependent on the United States for military assistance, although the joint command will be handed over in 2012. Currently, while South Korea commands the military forces in peacetime, the United States takes command in times of war.
North Korea is almost entirely dependent on Chinese aid, as it is unable to support itself. Previously, it was dependent on Soviet aid, until the Soviet Union collapsed. At this point in time, North Korea is dependent on aid from China both militarily and economically. Without them, the nation would quickly collapse, and send refugees pouring into China, which is why China continues aid.
Also, Israel and Egypt are both militarily dependent on United States aid. They are also the largest recipients of United States foreign aid, in that order. Without this aid, both nations would have significantly reduced military capacity, and it is suggested that Israel would be entirely unable to defend itself without American money.
Other than this, the most dependent nations are those who survive on tourism from other countries, such as many smaller Caribbean islands.
