How to evolve eevee into umbreon.... when will i knew it will turn into umbreon and also who to control the day and night ??? I can hardly met night....

You'll need to let eevee evolve during the nighttime. Only play the game at night and do the following with your eevee:
+Don't let it faint
+Feed it potions everytime it gets hurt
+give it all the calicum, protein etc. you can find or buy
+give it rare candies
+Take it to the underground and have its hair done as often as you can.
At about level 30 it should evolve (or a level or two afterwards) It evolves when it reaches the highest level of love for you and then grows a level. It'll evolve into umbreon.

Play the Evee until it wants to evolve. Press the B button to stop it from evolving! Then play it at night (dark time in the game), let it evolve then when it levels up next time, at night and it will be an Umbreon. If you wanted Espeon then let it evolve in the daylight part of the game.
The hours of day and night are set in the game, you can not control it. Talk to Mom to make it daylight savings time.
