Yes you can download films and just about anything else for a computer by Bit Torrent, you just need a program like http://www.bittornado.com/ you must have this program first to be able to download and then you can type in torrent search into google and you will get sites that lets you search for film torrents and other torrents. Just be carefull when downloading a film that you dont download the Spanish version or something, I did that and it was a total waste of time and money for the electric bill. Also remember that films are big in size so no matter what way you download a film it IS going to take a while so what I do is just leave the computer on before I go to bed and by the time I wake up it SHOULD be finished.

I dont think any website offers you free movies(latest). You can download some movies at www.divxcrawler.com, they update the website every week i think, but those are not latest movies.
If you have a speed internet connection. Try to install limewire pro. Its the best.
