I think you should add more art work

The first problem that I noticed was your PayPal Verification Seal. If I were building this page I would have put in on the bottom of the page, either in the middle or to the far right. The reason is because you want to show that artwork on the left border.
Second, your description of who Priceless Houses is ok. The font is ok, The shadowing makes the reading of that text difficult. When using shadowing, it is ok but not for alot of text.
"Scroll to the right please......." what is that for?
I would also add and "Enter" link if the page I am looking at is just your splash page.
You have approximately 60 pics that on your site, categorized them and place them in separte folders, makes updating artwork easier.
This is a good start for your site.
Keep your site professional looking and sell yourself.
