you can keep your beliefs and still love some one that has a different religion than you
take my parents for example when my mom got married to my dad my mom told my dad he was going to hell because he wasn't Catholic and he was ok with that but they were still the most loving couple I knew.

depends how big religion features in your life
does it matter to you that he is of different????
if it doesn't matter that he might want you to change religion then go ahead with the relationship. If it does matter then you may have a problem.
also unless the religions you are speaking of are some weird very anti tolerant ones Then you will probably find that if you can live with it the religions can too they are very acceptable these days
Hey love conquers all
ya love him go for it ya not sure ? then maybe your love is not as strong as you first thought
personally I wouldn't let it a silly thing like religion stand in the way of true love

Firstly, do u love him? more den a friend? If its the religion issue that bothers u, dont let it. You should accept & respect each other for who you are. No one needs to convert.
If u only like him as a friend, make it crystal clear. Let him know, if he keeps bugging u, even the friendship will be off.
All the best! :)

If he is talking only about religion than that is more important than the relation itself. He must concentrate on your personality and his own. If he really likes you, religion shouldn't be a problem...genetic instinct is far more powerful than social conditioning.

Do not worry about loosing friendships or being rejected if you do not do what someone else says. If he does not respect you, he is selfish.

It sounds like he is controlling. If he can change your faith, then he can manipulate you into doing anything. Tell him you are not interested in being his girlfriend, and that you'd rather be just his friend.

To me it seems like he's trying to change your faith... i've gone out with people like this, and they are always trying to change your faith.... next he will invite you to his church... he sounds manipulative, keep him as a friend, and ask him not to try to change you.
