Step 1: Pick a bedtime and STICK TO IT.
Step 2: No going back for just "one more answer".
Step 3: Stop wandering the streets, wondering why real-life people are so much uglier than their avatars.
Step 4: Realize that your points level has nothing to do with your social standing.
Step 5: Don't call off work when somebody else gets a Best Answer.
Step 6: There is no step six.
Step 7: Put an icepack on your mouse-clicking hand.
Step 8: The cashier only wants exact change. She is not sizing you up for a violation.
Step 9: See step six.
Step 10: Do not give your computer a female name, or refer to it as "she".
Step 11: Remember, when you shout, you shout. You are not USING CAPS LOCK.
Step 12: Realize your efforts to quit are all in vain. Show up tomorrow.
