Sorry, at least in English there is no such name.There are some names without the regular vowels a,e,i,o,u such as Cryz, Shy, Lynn, Gwyn, Lyz, Syl, Byn, Blyth, Flynn,shly etc.

But the 'y' in all these names are considered as vowel sound.

There are some English words without vowels or vowel sounds such as brr, grr, shh, hmm, psst, mm-hmm.
But none of them I can find is a NAME.

its impossible to have a girls name without a vowel yaar, i tried every combination but still couldnt find any, anyways if i find by chance i will let you know.
