Am asking for a friend's behalf.
She has a bad spine, bad ankle and bad knees. There is no way she can indulge in strenuous exercises. She also suffers from water phobia and thus does not know how to swim. Therefore, there is no way I can enourage her to take a dip in the pool with me.
So how can she get a slim and fit body? She is very depressed about her current condition... cos I believed she has gained 30 pounds due to her condition. She might have been eating slightly more since she is depressed bout her weight and looks. She is in her early 30s.
How can I help as a friend?
