There are home pregnancy tests that can detect pregnancy as early as just days after conception. I would suggest purchasing one discretely.

It is normal to be excited and scared about a first pregnancy. Just remain calm and everything will be okay. Just remember that if you are indeed pregnant you should get to the doctor asap. You will need medical care (as you know) and the sooner you get it the better for you and baby.

You don't have to wait weeks. You can take a home pregnancy test the day after you miss your period. No big deal.

As for your parents being upset with you, don't worry about that either. Once they see their beautiful grandchild, they will fall in love. Who doesn't love a baby?

And if they really do cut your family ties, then just enjoy being a mom with your new little blessing. Every child is a gift from God.

Don't lose it, sweetie. It's going to be okay. Time will pass whether you like it or not, and you cannot control the way they feel about you. You can control your reaction, though. I'll be praying for you.

First things first; find out if you are pregnant for sure. Your local health department should give you a free pregnancy test (blood) if you cannot afford it.

First things first- get a home pregnancy test and check things out- they have very early detection these days.

If you are pregnant please talk to your mom. Often there may be initial shock- but it is a more common scenario that the famillies are much more acceptant than mums-to-be would expect.

Being scared is normal, but lets find out whats going on first- and then think about what your options are

take a pregnancy test asap. that will ease your mind. if you are and want to be and can care for you and the child, have your baby. you have to think about the future seriously. there are so many people that would love to adopt your child. im afraid if you have an abortion that would destroy you.
i had a 16 yoa girlfriend that got pregnant by a black man and thought her family would abandoned her...wrong. they love that child as much as she does.
