I try to access pages on the net but no picture loads......?

not just any certain sites either, just does it when it wants I guess. No pictures come in or url's. Just text, I try to check my email and the message is just completely blank. Anyone dealing with this, Anyone know what this is and how to fix it?

check ur browser settings

try deleting cookies and temporary internet files. also allow session cookies --> internet options-> privacy tab -> click advance button check "Overide Automatic Cookie Handling" and "Allow Session Cookies"
