i've been off the patch for over a year now, and would like to try another birth control method...i usually forget to take pills so i don't recommend that one or would it be better if i just stay on the patch after all

The best thing you can do is talk with your gyno about this. There are a MULTITUDE of good birth control options out there, but not everything works for everyone.

Personally, the patch does the job for me. My best friend wouldn't give up her IUD for anything, though. Just chat with your gyno or your health dept. and I'm sure you'll find something you can live with.

Good luck!

Keeping the legs crossed works pretty good.

They have a shot you can take but my friends have gotten that and said they gained some weight, but to me it didn't look like they did.

Don't listen to poop. That's awful!

Try the IUD (Intra Uterine Device).
