go to labordor park near harbourfront. you can see Sentosa from there. Or try Mt Faber, cheers

We have the East Coast Park. THe Esplanade is also a romantic place with splendid views of the water.

I would recommend Mt. Faber or Telok Blangah Hill park. Great views out there.
