I don't think you would be happier really. but I would do it in a heartbeat right now, if I could.

First happiness starts inside but sometimes a change of plans is perfect. The only thing is keep in mind all the people you may miss but also there is the idea of meeting new people as well. Sometimes the trade is not worth it and sometimes you meet friends for life. They say if you meet two great friends in life you are ahead of the rest of the crowd. We are not talking of acquaintances here.
My suggestion is do not run away but if you have opportunity to move on to a better place then go. Have a plan though as you will want to find work there and education to further yourself. Make sure you are not just assuming that the grass is greener on the other side cause you never know how much fertilizer you may be shoveling.

Running away from your problems is hadly ever a formula for success in life, (money or not), if you're running from your self.

You have a better chance of success if you are running TOWARDS A GOAL. Yes, we hear and read of the success stories stories all the time, of poor young ghetto children trapped in lives of hopeless desparation in the
welfare cycle, caught up in the middle of gang violence, ilegal drug trafficking, driveby-shootings, addiction, teen pregnancy, gang-bangers, and premature death, and mak,ing a break to get out, running from the hood & home to escape the fate that staying there will surely befall them.

These are the children who followed an academic dream amd rode a scholarship of freedom right out of the violence and ignorance waiting to consume them. Good luck to them and to yoy.

But if your just a sad and loney teen who is going through a funk, then a change of venue is not necessariliy likely to make all your problems magically disappear, and suddeny your MR. Happy again. So unless you need to go into the US Marshall's Service Federal Witnes Relocation Program, you need to do a litrtle down ow self analiyis before you sell the rooster ans move on.

You're obviously feeling bad and low down, and sorry for your self. Nothing necessarily wrong with that , - but why?
GF or BF leave you? Parents Divorce? Best Friend Die?
Dog no longer hump your leg in an enthusiastic greeting? Why are you in a mood of meloncholy and funk?? Yes if your honest I tink you do Know Why. Make a list of all the things that you are bummed out about, and prioritize the list from most serious to least serious.

NOw make a list of All the things you like about your self - what you think your good qualities are. (None of this negative s.h.i.t. either, - be straight forward & honest - if you are handsome put it down on the list. If you are a good listener, put it on the list. If you are sympathetic - it goes on the list.

Now a third list, (yeah I know - only one more list after ths), this list is what you think others see as your good points & traits: Honesty, sincere, trustworthy, a leader, a n organizer, generous - etc.

Last is the Graph. on a piece of 42/30 poster board , draw a hoizontal line accross the board i/3 of the way up from the bottom of the board. This is the baseline. (ZERO), Below this in a numbered column starting at the right, and in red felt tip markerlist all the "BAD" trhings about yourself, BE - HONEST. You shoul NOT be fishing for sympathy or compliments her, or "Oh Suzy! - You're not Stupid!!! It just takes you a little longer than some to catch on to new technologies, that others".

Then using a black or blue marker, write in numbered columns ABOVE the baseline, all of the good qualities that you posess, and positive attributes you embodie.

I guess u wont be success if u runaway now cos your life will always be on the run if u do not know how to make it more meaningfull rather than running away from it. How many times can we start over? our life is short so try to work out everything to make it more perfect.

i have wanted to runaway and thought about moving to a different place where no one knew me and having a new, "happier" life but, then i thought, i love my family and friends so much and i will have that chance to start a "new" life when i am older, when i move out of the house and move to a different place, when i am on my own. thats when i can forget about everyone that hurt me and try to start a happier life and i get to choose who i want to have in my life. but, its up to you on what you want to do. wait for a few years or just leave now.....either way, you have a chance of NOT making it.

Who hasn't wished to runaway. I even thought that 2 weeks in solitary confinement would be nice. Nobody bothering you and nice break from society. If you are of age (18+)and have little responsiblitiy(no kids) go for it and see how you like it before life makes it to complicated to try.

No, I never like to run away from a given situation. With some good luck, I was born to parents, who taught me to make the best use of any given situation and succeed in it, to the best of my abilities and, thereafter, remain contented and feel happy! So I will succeed from Oregon to Florida or from New York to California. Or from New Halifax to Vancouver. OR SIMPLY IN INDIA OR CHINA OR IN THE MIDDLE EAST. ALSO AFRICA OR SOUTH AFRICA OR MEXICO OR SOUTH AMERICA. Send me to the Southern Hemisphere. I will succeed in Australia or New Zealand. LAPLAND, NEAR THE NORTH POLE, IS RELATIVELY EASY. Even Antarctica...with a little technical help, from the government of ANY country. Else, at the worst, I may only lose this human body, and die happily, smiling, and still contented with the great Almighty God! He will certainly give me another new role, I am confident! I have spent many years in the Himalayas, India, and in many islands in various oceans, already. God, of course, has been exceptionally kind to me and has always kept me in His constant company.

I just might do that after college if I don't have any friends or whatever. I've fallen into a cushy routine here, and I'm sick of it at times. Might move to seattle.
