I want to play a character role in TV serials, be a designer for jewellery or assist in interior decor for flats and homes anywhere in India Or Abroad, I am 58 yrs old ,look 40+ and am healthy,talented and intelligent -Come help me please-Ayesha Ahmed

The Tv role idea is a far cry from something one can easily obtain. The other two however are elegantly simple. Market yourself. Go to interior decorating firms and ask them if you might assist, offer a free intern type period where they could assess your talents and value to their company. The jewelry thing you can start doing right now. Here in the states there are masses of what we call 'art shows' where any average person can bring their products to sell in booths, the public comes in to buy. Design a line of jewelry that has a flair that you dont usually see, and put it up on a website. All very inexpensive and simple to do. When you have a line designed, go to (again, something American, this is all I know) what we call a trade show, where again you set up your products in a booth, but this time your customers are retailers who will stock your product for sale in their store. hi ayesha,

about ur talents in acting...tht may be difficult unless u got the right connections in the tv world.

the other two hobbies which u mentioned, jewllery designing and interior decoration, i think u can start right away.

start doing small jobs of interior designing and jewellery designing for ur friends/neighbors/relatives/contacts of ur family members.

once ur work is seen and appreciated then naturally tht becomes ur pamphlet and u will get more orders.

and once u r established a little in ur skills u can start ur own outlet.

and about jewllery designing u must advertise about ur wrk with good pics in some popular local magazines (preferably women's magazines).

try to avdertise/canvass about ur work in schools(teachers), banks/lady's clubs..or any such offices where there are gatherings of people who will be interested in tht.

and why not make ur own web page too where people can contact u with their orders?
