Depends on whether u were underweight or overweight before preganacy.

Generally, ppl who are overweight shud not gain too much during preganacy, and trhe reverse is true for underweight ppl.

For women whose weight is in the accpetable range before pregnacy, they shud gain about 1.8kg per month from the 4th month to delivery.

The most I 've gained with my three kids is 11 pounds.

Relax. I have the body I had in high school. It's a GOOD thing.

They "say" you're supposed to gain a Bunch of weight. But you dont HAVE to.

All my kids are healthy (7, 14 and 20 years old). Don't sweat. You are fine, and you will get your body back Immediately!
