I don't know what kind of energy it would be using I don't know if it means like holding yourself up or breathing or something more than that sorry if that is confusing

You may be sitting still but your muscles are contracting and relaxing to keep you still, you are breathing, your internal organs are all working to do their jobs. These all need the energy from ATP which is chemical energy. Your nervous system generates electricity from chemicals as well. Energy is given off from each chemical reaction taking place in your body. This is heat energy.
