Oh and to clear the confusion about what type of wrestling i take
I take the NCAA type of wrestling
actual double leg take down, tight waist far ankle breakdown, then a Suey, into a reverse nelson for a pin
=)

If wrestling is your Passion than do it. If it continues to jeopardize your health then find another passion with less of a strain on your body.

I don't know much about wrestling, but if you're struggeling to stay in the weight class your in, can't you move up to another weight class? Then you would not be killing yourself to lose the weight. Nothing, even your passion, is worth your health. Remember what you do to your body now at your age will effect you later in life. I did the same thing to my body in high school for a sport (not wrestling) and at 37 I'm still paying for it. I wish you luck with whatever your decission is. Good luck!

see you later as TNA specializes in having high quality wrestling matches and forgoes the storyline depending programming that WWE is churning out per week, then they have a shot to finish a touch good issues. they have the right roster of youthful expertise interior the employer, they have very knowledgable human beings in the back of the scenes that comprehend wrestling o.k., and they have received some o.k.-conventional marketable stars to assist promote their product to those who would have not at all considered TNA earlier. interior the top, all of it comes all the way down to wrestling. have they were given the adult men who can get the job performed interior the ring each nighttime as adverse to flapping their gums behind the scenes doing interviews? in the journey that they follow wrestling like they ought to, there is not any rationalization why they could't be aggressive with Vince and grants all followers an excellent decision to the WWE product, which in my eyes, is getting a touch stale and previous.

I dont know what kind of wrestling you r talking about here
If you are talking about WWE stuff then forget it cuz people who wrestle for wwe or tna or any other pro wrestling promotions arent exactly wrestlers they are called as Bonafied Stuntmen
and the real wrestlers are people who wrestle in olympics, ncaa and so forth, they do freestyle wrestling
so specify us what kinda wrestler r u then i would be able to answer the question

i suggest you jump up a weight class... i had a friend in high school that put himself in the hospital trying to cut weight... it was from starvation and dehydration.. you shouldnt have to starve or go thirsty if you want to be a serious competitor because it can seriously effect your health...
and i dont think very many people know that youre talking about wrestling not wrastlin.. you mean the real athletic sport not the soap opera wrastlin that they call professional that people love...
