the only option you have is to talk to your supervisor. if things don't stop go look for a new job.

TELL HER THAT SHE IS NOT YOUR BOSS....I ONLY HAD THAT PROB WHEN I WORKED FOR MY DAD AND HIS WIFE WOULD COME ON AND BOSS ME AND EVERYONE ELSE AROUND,BUT I JUST IGNORED HER~!
