well you can wear it with nay top but i suggest a funky t-shirt with a fitted balzer,skinny jeans look great tucked into boots,with falts or witha pair of chunky high heels.

skinny leg jeans look hot with just about anything! i have a pair and i can wear them with anything you can dress them up or with accessories and shoes

With flats, or cute high heels (round-toed platform heels) and tunic tops (kind of flowy tops). Orr with converse. There are lots of options.

They look great with Victorian tops, or tunics, t-shirts and pair them with kitten heel, flats, stilettos, boots, low tops or slip ons.
