I'm always SUPER hungry when I try to go to sleep. It keeps me up and I usually have to get up and make a peanutbutter sandwich before I'm able to fall asleep. What the hell?

How long before you go to bed do you eat? Try to eat a snack an hour or so before you go to bed, something with protein and fiber. If you get hungry before bed try drinking a glass of water or a cup of herbal tea. The water will fill you up without any calories so you can go to sleep. The tea will have the same effect but it has some flavor so you feel more like you're eating something, don't drink black or green tea though, they have caffeine and might keep you up.

I keep in mind being around that age and being hungry in the previous mattress its totaly time-honored... and to not lie i'm 14 and nonetheless consume snacks in the previous mattress haha..... its extra that they prefer something refreashing! mutually as i replace into in mattress my mom would turn on the t.v provide me some apples carrots peachs bannas something like that and a tumbler of milk then a water bottle incase I awaken thristy! additionally now and returned she would placed some milk in a bowl cut back a banna and make a banna ceral subject then i'd drink the milk yet I continuously had a water bottle!

You might be eating dinner too early. Try eating dinner a little later or have a light snack, like sugar-free jello, fat-free ice cream, some yogurt before bed.

I find when Im super tired I tend to want to eat more.
Or you just didnt eat enough at dinner

eat some yogurtor cheese. that should work.the brains know it,s going in to shout down for 8 yours so it what,s to eat.
