Depends on what you are interested in and what funding (if required) you may have.
My hubby enjoys the nitro (petrol) remote control models - expensive but has built up spare parts and models over the years.
Myself I am into scrapbooking and cardmaking - the tools alone can be expensive so I have built up my hobby over 5 years.
But it need not be something you need to buy tools for etc, it can be a physical hobby ie swimming, dancing, ice skating, football etc!
Hope you choose whatever is suitable for yourself and best of all have lots of fun!

I have been knitting for two and a half years now and it is so rewarding. I am always getting compliments. What other hobby can produce you with the lastest fashion? Well sewing, but I hate dealing with the paper patterns. check out www.knitty.com and look at some of the cool stuff people come up with.

Well, it depends on how much money you want to put into your hobby. My husband and I collect video games and platforms. It's expensive. Before that, I collected antique pictures. Just figure out what your interests are. You can do model cars if you are a patient person or needlework if you have a lot of time.

all depends on your interests. do you like photography? you could try scrapbooking. you can get things pretty much anywhere. (WalMart is cheapest but selection is limited) And, there are sites and magazines with good tips to get you started, too.
