can someone help me? i need to know how should one know when she is ovulating (apart from the 14 day rule) .we do not get ovulation testing kits here .so is there any method 2 know wen one is ovulating?i've heard that there occurs some temp changes during ovulation . is it an accurate test and how is it done
plz help we've been trying 2 concieve but no luck.

The temp method you are talking about is basal body temp charting. This method can take a few months when you start because it doesnt really predict ovualtion but it charst you ovualtion patterns. After a few months you can see the patterns in the dips and rises of temps. You can type "charting basal body temp" into your yahoo search and there are tons of websites that can explain it all and even offer free charts to help you. Good luck!

its better for u to go on mymonthlycycle.com and have ur ovulation calander...hope this really going to works for u...

the only way is from telling time and knowing when your last menstruation cycle was.
